Janine, Kobe Tai, Heather Hunter and Tia Bella all had shirts and decks made. The artwork is by Sean Cliver. These are some of the rarest merch that Birdhouse put out. I love this Kobe Tai shirt, you may have to fight me for it. I remember playing the skin flute regularly to her. Still hot!

In the late 80′s and early 90′s skateboard companies were hurting for business. So to cut costs they stoped full color graphics on boards. Many of the boards from this time period have a natural wood finish. Just take a look at this deck that ogcombipool is selling. This is one rarer Tony Hawk Powell decks. For some reason the seller cut down the size of this deck to make it a mini for his daughter. That’s a pretty stupid move, but at least she didn’t skate the deck.

The response I got included stickers and poster of Ming Tran kicking Jeremy Klein in the face Chun Li style. This was definitely one of the coolest Ads for Hook-Ups shoes.
