This Tommy Guerrero “flaming dagger” in the same exact color was the jewel of my NOS collection years ago before I sold it and now I want it back! Fortunately for you, my bank account is currently in dire straits so by all means cop this bad boy. Gripped and set up as a complete but appears to be unridden.
I”m pretty sure there’s a little misinformation from air.boy13 in the description but nevertheless this is a really sick vintage Powell Peralta tee! The seller describes this as a Ray “Bones” Rodriguez pro graphic tee from 78 but this is more than likely a mid/late 80′s tee from when Powell used his “Sword & Skull” design as a general team graphic. 80′s small, so this is for the little guys or gals.
flbrow01 is selling a vintage Bone Brigade shirt from their 1989 demo. He even got the shirt autographed by Tony Hawk. I’m guessing he wore this and washed it, because the ink is faded on the signature.
stennman04 has vintage Powell Ripper deck for sale. As you can see the deck has been used and abused. The graphic is still there but the trucks are rusted.
If you follow Skatenoize closely, you probably recognize the seller whats_a_fotoomsh by now. He always has crazy heat for sale and this auction right here steps the game up a notch. It’s not often that you see a POWELL PERALTA Ripper in NOS condition, especially this early version of the model. The BIN is a little heavy but honestly I think it’s about right. Let’s see what this one does.
akbk6100 has a real deal big ticket item for sale right now. This is the iconic Powell Peralta Ray Rodriguez “Sword and Skull” pro model. This graphic would become a staple of the company and be used as a team logo, but it’s beginning was for Ray’s deck. This thing is in incredible shape! The graphic is untouched and the top graphic is even visible because it’s all-over gripped with clear tape. If I were the winner of this piece, I would be careful about removing the ribs, nose & tail bones because the paint on the board can become attached to these pieces, but there’s a good chance you can get them off clean so don’t fret, my pet.
wmdevo917 has a great story about this Powell Peralta Vato Rat deck he is selling. “This a original Powell Peralta Vato Rat.. I am the original owner.. I bought this board in the 1980′s from a store in woodbridge NJ named “freestyle”when the store was going out of business.. I traveled to the bones brigade 1988 summer tour at “brave new world”( still have tour sticker) where I got Kevin Harris and Tommy Guerrero to sign it alone with Andy Howell.. They where amused with the board then..I then brought the board to a SMA demo where I got Jim Thiebaud and Natas to sign it..my goal was obtain as many signatures from my era of skating as possible but it remained in my friends skate shop.. I own many boards and this is one that is hard to part with but needs to be with a collector.. I will email any photos and answer any questions.. This is such an amazing board.. Real history..
